A. If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the City Clerk determines that the application is satisfactory, the Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application is approved. The license or permit shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk, and then issued to the licensee.
B. If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative reports, the City Clerk determines that matters concerning the application are unsatisfactory, the Clerk shall disapprove the application and notify the applicant of the denial and the reasons therefor, and that no license or permit shall be issued.
