All fire, rescue and police employees or volunteers who desire to enroll in an educational course of study related to their employment and to have the course of study paid for, in part or in whole, by the Village, shall provide the Mayor with all available information on the course of study and shall receive the prior written consent of the Mayor before attending such course of study.
