EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 143.141, passed April 3, 1978, authorized an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners to establish the Ashtabula County-Wide Disaster Services Organization. Copies of such ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk- Treasurer.
