The use of Village equipment, uniforms, or supplies for personal business or private use is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to legal action, as well as disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Such actions include, but are not limited to, unauthorized or misuse of automobiles, trucks, cruisers, tools, uniforms, and supplies. Department Heads may authorize personal use of tools.
