Any employee of the Village of North Kingsville who is eligible to retire under the applicable rules, regulations, and statutes of the State of Ohio shall be permitted to do so in accordance with the rules of the Public Employees Retirement System or the Police and Fire Pension Fund. All employees if possible should notify the Council at least six (6) months prior to retirement.
