145.07.8.4 CASHING OF SICK LEAVE.

An employee who retires and meets the age and length of service requirements of the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) or the Police and Fire Pension Fund (PFPF), whichever is applicable, may redeem twenty-five percent of 160 days.
