An hourly employee's pay shall be computed by multiplying the hourly rate by the hours in the standard workweek. A salaried employee's pay shall be computed on the basis of a twenty- six week pay period for each year. Pay will be disbursed to employees at intervals not to exceed every two weeks on days determined by the Council.
