145.04.3 DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE.

The Department Heads concerned shall be responsible for the discipline of employees within their departments. Discipline may be progressive in nature and shall be applied based upon a combination of factors, including the severity of the offense, past history of the employee and past disciplinary actions against the employee.
