145.04.2 TYPES OF DISCIPLINE.
   Disciplinary action shall consist of one or more of the following:
   (a)    Verbal warning.
   (b)    Written warnings.
   (c)    Suspension from duty without pay.
   (d)    Demotion in rank and/or salary.
   (e)    Dismissal.
