145.02.1 PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
   Upon appointment by the Mayor and/or Council or other appropriate appointing authority, all appointees shall serve a minimum probationary period of six (6) months unless specified to the contrary in a current collective bargaining agreement. At the end of that probation period, that employee may be eligible for full-time status appointment. Until so appointed, prior to the end of the probation period, the employee shall be considered a probationary appointee.
