All full-time, part-time and seasonal employees of the Village of North Kingsville shall be supplied a copy of these Policies and Procedures. All newly appointed employees shall be given a copy of these Policies and Procedures at the time of their appointment.
Any amendment to these Policies and Procedures shall be made available to the employees in writing or through means deemed appropriate by the Council. It shall be the obligation of each employee to read and become familiar with these rules.
