It is the purpose of these Rules and Regulations to implement the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and Village personnel ordinances and resolutions by establishing standards and procedures. These regulations are also provided as a guideline to be followed when a situation occurs which is not specifically considered in the Ohio Revised Code or personnel resolutions. The Council reserve all rights authorized to them by the Ohio Revised Code for personnel administration.
