139.08 LOCK OUT/TAG OUT POLICY.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: A lock out/tag out policy for vehicle maintenance and electrical work for the Street Department was adopted by Ordinance O-02-51, passed September 18, 2002. Copies of such ordinance, and of such policy, may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk-Treasurer.)
