Commencing January 1, 1992, the Village shall charge a building owner or tenant the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each false fire alarm in excess of three false fire alarms in any ninety-day period. Said charges shall be billed and received by the Clerk-Treasurer and placed in an appropriate account for the use of the Fire Department.
