137.08 BYLAWS; FINES; SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION OF MEMBERS.

The Fire Department may make such bylaws as it deems best, provided that such bylaws shall not take effect until submitted to and approved by Council, may provide for the collection of reasonable fines for nonattendance at meetings and at fires, and may provide for suspension or expulsion of members for nonperformance of duty.
