137.04 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT CHIEF.
   (a)    The Assistant Chief shall command the Fire Department and shall see that the apparatus committed to the care of the Department, the building in which it is deposited and all things in and belonging to the same are kept neat, clean and in order for immediate use.
   (b)    The Assistant Chief shall preserve order and discipline at all times, shall require strict compliance with the ordinances of the Village and the rules and regulations of the Department and shall report annually and as often as required, in writing, to the Fire Chief, such facts as the Fire Chief is required to report to Council.
