(a) (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former Section 135.11 was repealed by Ordinance O-19-028, passed July 1, 2019.)
(b) The Police Chief shall verify that any police officer for the Village who is issued a "stun gun" for use while on duty as a police officer for the Village has reviewed such policy and procedure and made himself or herself completely familiar with the requirements thereof.
