The Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1323.01, is hereby made expressly applicable to all buildings, structures and occupancies in the Village, including nonindustrialized one, two and three-family dwellings and their appurtenant and accessory structures and including mercantile, industrial and institutional occupancies.
