Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village for the control of buildings and structures in the Village, the Ohio Plumbing Code, as contained in the Ohio Building Code adopted under Chapter 1315, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter modified or deleted. All of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms set forth in such Code are hereby incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set forth at length herein.
