(a) Copies of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1323.01, are on file in the office of the Clerk of the County Commissioners and in the office of the Chief Building Official of the County.
(b) At least one copy of such Code is on file with the Clerk-Treasurer for inspection by the public. At least one copy is also on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk- Treasurer has copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
