(a) All applications, permits, procedures and inspections shall be administered in the form and manner provided by the County Department of Building Regulations, so long as the same are consistent with the Village Building Code, as set forth in the technical codes referred to in Section 1305.01, respecting such applications, permits, procedures and inspections.
(b) The Village shall retain the inspection, collection of fees and enforcement authority in matters of zoning, sewer work, sewer tap-ins, demolition, fencing, signs and other duties consistent with this section.
