(a) Monthly compensation for Councilpersons shall be established from time to time by Council.
(b) To be paid such compensation, Councilpersons shall attend all regular and special meetings and work sessions, unless excused from attendance by the Mayor.
(c) This section shall apply only to those Councilpersons who are elected and sworn to their office after the passage date of this section.
