The license required by Section 717.02
may be revoked by the Village Administrator or his authorized representative if the holder thereof violates any of the provisions or regulations of this ordinance, or if it is determined that the vehicle licensed no longer meets the safety standards of Section 717.04
or the licensing requirements of the Wood County General Health District.
