§ 93.05 PROPERTY OWNER TO INDEMNIFY CITY AGAINST LIABILITY.
   In the event that the city shall be sued and forced to defend against a person injured by reason of a public sidewalk being out of repair, or by an obstruction caused by the accumulation of ice and snow or other obstruction, the property owner owning the property abutting the sidewalk area where the injury occurred shall, in addition to any penalty which may be imposed upon or adjudged against him or her, fully indemnify and save the city harmless from all causes of action due to any wrongful failure to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 93.02 to 93.04.
