§ 93.02 PROHIBITED OBSTRUCTING OF STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   No person, whether or not doing business in the city, shall display or place on any sidewalk right- of-way or street right-of-way in the city any merchandise, goods, wares or other objects which obstruct the full and complete use of such sidewalk or street right-of-way walkway by pedestrians or vehicles; nor shall any person in any other manner willfully obstruct any street or sidewalk in such manner as to prevent the free and uninterrupted use thereof by the public.
