§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who cuts, changes, alters or in any way disturbs any street, curb or sidewalk, without first obtaining a permit under §§ 152.01 through 152.05 of this chapter, or who, having secured a permit under §§ 152.01 through 152.05 of this chapter, fails or reuses to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Public Works Superintendent shall be fined a sum of $250, plus any court costs, attorney fees and cost of repairs to the street, curb or sidewalk.
