The design and improvements standards contained in the following table are minimums for the streets in residential subdivisions. All such streets shall be designed and constructed in accordance with standards as specified in Table 1.

Construction paving plans shall indicate locations and types of required traffic control regulatory signs and striping as specified in the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
