1111.13 STREETS FOR INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISIONS.

Collector streets for industrial subdivisions shall be planned to serve industrial area exclusively and shall connect with City streets so that no industrial traffic will be directed into any residential streets. The City Engineer must review and approve all designs.
