§ 52.075 UNIT RATES ESTABLISHED.
   Unit rates for wastewater service shall be assessed to all customers and users of the wastewater facilities as described hereinafter.
   (A)   Basic user charge. Each contributor of normal domestic wastewater shall pay a basic user charge rate for operation and maintenance, including replacement and sewer revenue bond debt service, of $15.91 for the first 200 cubic feet of water and $5.12 for each 100 cubic feet of water thereafter as determined in § 52.075. Regardless of the charge as calculated, each contributor shall pay a minimum monthly charge of $15.91.

   (D)   Sewer connection charge.
      (1)   Inspection fee: as determined by the City Plumbing Code; and
      (2)   Capital cost recovery fee: $200 per single-family equivalent. The connection fee to be paid for each sanitary sewer service connection to this main shall be calculated in the same manner as set forth in § 52.076(D) and (E) of this chapter. The single-family equivalent for each type of use shall be the same as set forth in § 52.076(F) of this chapter. The connection fee shall be paid to the city before connection is allowed to the public sewer main.
