§ 111.03 PATRONAGE OF ADULT ESTABLISHMENT BY MINORS, EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years of age to patronize any adult establishment.
   (B)   Duty of the owner/operator of the adult establishment. It shall be the duty of the owner/operator of any such adult establishment to determine the age of the persons patronizing such establishment.
   (C)   Hiring minors. It shall be unlawful for any owner/operator of any such adult establishment to hire a minor.
   (D)   Exploitation of minors. It shall be unlawful to display or sell any photograph, moving picture or video tape depicting anyone under 18 years of age in any specified sexual activity or showing specified anatomical areas.
   (E)   Violations. A violation of this section shall be grounds for revocation of the license of such establishment. Such revocation shall not exclude any and all other remedies, penalties or fines.
