§ 112.01 UNIFORM ACT ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, hereinafter referred to as “URLTA”, as codified in the KRS 383.500 through 383.715, is hereby adopted by reference and made applicable to all properties within the City.
