Any user who violates § 34.06 and § 34.07 of this chapter may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense for the purposes of this section. In addition to the aforementioned fine, the water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 34.06 and § 34.07 of this chapter. For users who violate § 34.05, no fine shall be imposed; however, water service may be terminated for noncompliance.
