ARTICLE 311
Street Obstructions and Special Uses

311.01 “Obstructions” defined; obstructions declared nuisance; abatement of nuisance by injunction.

311.02 Duty of landowner or occupant to remove obstructions and fill excavations.

311.03 Removal of obstructions by municipality; expense to be charged against owner, etc.

311.04 Assessment and collection of costs of removing obstructions.

311.05 Permit by the municipality for openings in, or structures on streets, roads, or alleys.

311.06 Private driveways or approaches to streets, etc.; obstruction of ditches.

311.07 Placing injurious material in street.
