In case two or more families are supplied with water from the same service pipe, if either of the parties fails to pay the water rent when due, or fails to comply with any rule of the Water and Sanitary Sewer Board or of the waterworks, the City can turn off the water from such pipe until the rent is paid or the rule is strictly complied with or both.
