No person supplied with water shall be permitted to use the water for any other purpose than that stated in the application or agreement; nor shall any person supply water in any way to any other person without a written permit from the Water and Sanitary Sewer Board, nor shall they permit others to use their hose or other attachments, nor leave them exposed to use by others.
