921.01 COMPETITION WITH CITY PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to furnish water in competition with the City; provided, that any person may furnish water for his own use. It shall be unlawful for any person to use water from the mains or service pipes of the City without first complying with the rules, regulations and schedules of water rates set forth in this article.
