(a) "Violations of the following sections shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose; that a person who commits the violation thereof, shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation; and that any violation thereof shall be handled pursuant to this chapter":

(b) The fine for a violation of any section shown above, shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) if paid to the Village Clerk in the Village Office, within forty-eight hours, and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid within ten days.
(c) Any person, as prescribed by this section, who is responsible for paying a fine for a parking violation, mentioned above, who has failed to pay said fine within ten days, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(d) (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (d) hereof was repealed by Ordinance 09-04.)
(e) The fine for violation of Section 351.04 shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if paid within seventy-two hours and shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid within ten days.
