(a) There shall be No Parking on the side of the street so designated by Fire Lane signs.
(b) Fire Lanes are hereby established on the following streets:
(1) East side of North Main Street - From New York Central Railroad, North to Corporation line.
(2) West side of South Main Street - From Prospect Street South to the Corporation line.
(3) South side of East Main Street - From James Street East to the Corporation line.
(4) North side of West Hooker Street.
(5) South side of High Street.
(6) East side of Walnut Street.
(7) West side of Park Avenue - From the Baptist parsonage South to the Southern end of triangle park.
(8) South side of South Railroad Street - From Railroad Avenue to Walnut Street.
(9) North side of West Sherman Street - From Grant Street to Shadyside.
(10) East side of Railroad Avenue - From East Main Street to South Railroad Street.
(11) West side of James Street - From East Main Street to South Railroad Street.
(b) "Fire Lanes" for the purposes of this section, means there shall be No Parking on the side of the street so designated by Fire Lane signs.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
