(a) The Village Administrator, and his authorized designees, shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Throughout this chapter, any duty or authority of the Village Administrator to enforce rules, regulations, or ordinances to issue permits or licenses, or to carry out any duty as set forth in Sections 955.09 through 955.99 may be performed by the Administrators authorized designees, and shall have the full force and effect as if performed by the Village Administrator himself.
