(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both.
(b) Whoever violates any Park Rule which has been adopted by the Council shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense or a fourth degree misdemeanor for any subsequent offense.
