§ 94.09 STORAGE, POSSESSION, OR CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING BEVERAGES ON MUNICIPAL PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The storage of beer, wine, liquor, or any other intoxicating beverage of whatever nature is prohibited in municipal buildings, vehicles, or on municipal property.
   (B)   Possession of beer, wine, liquor, or any other intoxicating beverage by any person shall be prohibited in municipal buildings, vehicles, or on municipal property.
   (C)   The consumption of beer, wine, liquor, or any other intoxicating beverage by any person shall be prohibited in municipal buildings, vehicles, or on municipal property.
   (D)   Possession or consumption of beer, wine, liquor, or any other intoxicating beverage by any municipal employee while on duty is hereby prohibited regardless of his or her location.
   (E)   An exception to divisions (A), (B) and (D) of this section is made for the holding of confiscated items of evidence by the Police Department.
   (F)   Signs shall be erected at all park entrances stating that all alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
