(A) In the event water service is turned off or terminated for any reason to any user of the municipal water service or sanitary sewage system by order of the Manager, a fee of $25 shall be imposed and paid for in advance of the resumption of service if such service is resumed during normal business hours or a fee of $75 shall be imposed and paid for in advance of the resumption of service if such service is resumed after normal business hours or on weekends or holidays.
(B) In the event water service has been turned off or terminated for any reason to any user of the municipal water service or sanitary sewage system by order of the Manager for non-payment of bills, a charge of $150.00 will be imposed to the resident and/or owner if utility service is found to be reconnected by persons other than an authorized employee of the village and/or their duly authorized agent.
