§ 50.08 INSURANCE; INDEMNIFICATION.
   The residential hauler shall abide by the terms of the agreement, providing all coverages included therein. All haulers shall indemnify the municipality and hold harmless against all claims for damages or injuries in connection with this chapter, and shall obtain workers’ compensation, liability insurance and property damage insurance for all claims which may arise in connection with this chapter. All such insurance shall remain in full force and effect throughout the terms of this chapter. The public liability insurance shall be in an amount not less than $500,000 for injuries, including accidental death to any one person and subject to the same limit for each person in an amount not less than $100,000 on account of one accident and property damage insurance in an amount not less than $10,000 for each accident, $50,000 aggregate.
