(A)   The hauler shall dispose of all residential and commercial garbage at an approved incinerator or sanitary landfill. The residential hauler shall dispose of all residential garbage pursuant to the "Waste Delivery & Disposal Agreement" between the municipality and Montgomery County.
   (B)   The hauler shall use vehicles approved by the Montgomery County Health Department.
   (C)   The hauler shall exercise all reasonable care and diligence handling household containers, due care in preventive damage thereto, and replace containers in the same place from which they were taken and in an upright position and with lid reattached, if appropriate.
