(A) The Director of Finance and Records shall collect a fee of $50 for each commercial license issued under the provisions of this chapter, which fee shall be for the calendar year for which the license is issued.
(B) The license required by this chapter may be revoked by the Municipal Manager by written notice if the holder violates any of the provisions or regulations of this chapter. Any revocation will be for good cause as determined by the Municipal Manager and shall be effective 28 days after receipt of such notice.
