All new employees shall be required to pass a physical exam based on job specific qualifications conducted by a physician designated by the village. The costs incurred by the required physical exam will be paid by the village. An employee who can furnish satisfactory evidence of having received a physical exam based on job specific qualifications within 60 days prior to appointment may substitute this exam for the required physical exam.
