The Authority may be enlarged by the addition of one or more counties adjacent thereto who meet the criteria established in R.C. § 5915.07. Written applications must be processed through the Authority's Executive Board for consideration of membership. Upon the addition of any county and its political subdivisions to the Authority, the Executive Board shall be enlarged by the appropriate representatives appointed in accordance with the provisions hereinabove set forth and for the terms as hereinbefore specified.
