§ 33.19 DISPOSAL OF RECORDS; APPROVAL OF STATE AUDITOR REQUIRED; REVIEW BY HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
   All lists of records of the municipality which have been approved for disposal shall be sent to the auditor of the state, who shall approve or disapprove of the action of the commission, in whole or in part, within a period of 60 days. Before public records are disposed of, the Commission shall promptly notify the Ohio Historical Society which shall be given the opportunity for a period of 60 days to select for custody any such public records it considers to be of continuing historical value.
