§ 33.18 COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH RULES.
   The Records Commission shall provide rules for retention and disposal of records in the municipality and review applications for one time records disposal and schedules of record retentions and disposition submitted by all offices of the municipality. Records must be disposed of by the Commission pursuant to the procedure set forth by the Commission.
