§ 33.16 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION; MEETINGS.
   A record commission hereinafter known as the Municipality of New Lebanon Records Commission is established. The commission shall be composed of the Chief Executive Officer or his or her appointed representative who shall serve as Chairperson, the Director of Finance and Records, the Law Director, and a citizen to be appointed by the Chief Executive Officer. The Director of Finance and Records shall serve as the Secretary of the Commission and as the Archivist. The Commission shall meet at least once every six months, and at other times upon the call of the Chairperson.
